Welcome to THE LEADERS. I'm Ricky Carandang for AsiaViews in Manila. Ten years ago, the Philippines was on a roll. The economy was booming, investments were coming in, people were optimistic. Today people are less optimistic, the government grapples with record budget deficits, the economy is slowing down. Our guest for was president of the Philippines from 1992 to 1998, Mr. Fidel Valdez Ramos. Mr. President, thank you for joining us.
During that time...GUSTONG isipin ng mga pinoy na TWAGING tigre kuno ang ekonomiya....HANGANG sa LUMABAS ang KATOTOHANAN na KUTING lang pala...A LITTLE KITTEN..hahaha,BE REALISTIC and STOP PRETENDING..ACCEPT YOUR own FAULTS at HANAPAN nyo ng SOLUSYON ang ga-basura/3rd world nyong bnsa...

There must be a necessary change in the government structure in the Philippines. Parliamentary form of government is better than presidential form only a little bit. But it will not dramatically remove corruption in the government. But it is better than presidential as it is an indication of Philippines slowly moving away from being a puppet of United States. I still prefer Socialist Philippines
