Irvine Bay Kilwinning Main Street

The redevelopment of Kilwinning Main Street is already being welcomed as a success. The regeneration of the town centre has begun and the makeover of the Main Street is having an impact on the economy in the town.

Kilwinning is still rubbish regardless of these "improvements"...there is not much to do and the shops are expensive. What a waste of money!

Oh for the days when there was the Co-Op,Templetons,Galbraith,Fin­nies,McCrory's Ironmongers,etc and you could drive along the main street! Progress indeed! I prefered it when I was a kid there OK I am talking 1971 until 1980!
