well I dunno what makes people see any race in that, I do see what appears to be two people in baggy T-Shirts and Board Shorts. and Sneakers.
kinda like High Tops...
what gets me is that the two people appear to be no further away than the Tree at the end of the bridge yet the tree is clearly visible, the people are not

no there shadows alright if you go slow there on for half a sec then they vanish and if they were little kids they would of stay and not vanish at the 4-5 second mark
