Explain to me, what's so cruel about horses being slaughtered for meat?

I mean, don't we allow that to happen to chickens, cows, goats, pigs, sheep, deer, buffalo (who are way closer to extinct than horses), ducks, geese, salmon, catfish, tuna, marlin, swordfish, mahi mahi, etc.

Why are horses above all those animals? What makes them above slaughter?

slaughter upsets me not; cruelty is completely different ! slaughter is quick and the animal dies imediately, cruelty on the other hand lasts until the animal wanes away and eventualy dies loosing all spirit and trust in humanity beware ...what you read and what you see are not always the truth....

I will tell you the story of a horse that i now have called BB. BB was found in my Meadow which is over 300 acres in a creek with no coat (fur) nor hooves (they were just mush) I brought BB back to my farm where all my other horses bashed BB i`d try my hardest to recover BB every single day. Every night BB would be so scared of my other horses she`d come into my office and sleep there until morning. it took years for BB to get her courage and coat back and new shoes, I SAVED THAT HORSES LIFE!^^

Cause face it! What's the point of hurting these animals? You neglect a horse you'll become more happy? Don't thinks so. You beat a horse you''ll have more money? Again no. There is no use in hurting animals. If you don't like them, don't go look for them, it's like buying something in a store you don't want in the first place. Leave horses for those who love them. They don't bother you!

@australianicon What's the point? You hate horses so you got to hurt them? For example if you dislike a certain musicstyle or whatever, does that mean you have to kill and abuse people who make that kind of music or listen to it? Don't bother listening to that kind of music would my advice be, as for this subject i would say don't waste your time and energy on horses. Better put your energy in things you like and make this world a better place. There is no reason to hurt these animals.
