First time I saw Angela Bofill in concert, The first tune she sung was "Over the Moon Under the Sky" dramatic curtain fall weaving "The Voyage." Her range was very impressive... This was in 1980/81. Still have my autographed LP of "Angie."

this song is about the African voyage on the triangular trade route to Brazil, Cuba and ultimately the Americas. Yama Ya is the African Goddess, protection on the Seas... Wow!!!
