I've seen this movie! ORCA! the mother aborts her baby.... kill herself and as for daddy orca...he drives the spearman alll the way to the ends of the earth! Crap movie, but I still like it.

@RapidFyrez Seriously? What do you think might happen if you take a wild animal out of it's natural environment and stick it in a tiny enclosure? People take their risks when they accept a job like that. I sure wouldn't want to be around a wild animal that is suffering and deprived. What would you do if someone kept you in a locked cage all your life?

Did anyone ever actually watch this movie? It's so fake, worse than JAWS! And just about all of its orca biology is false.

@mcmlxvi i agree, they're not puppies or parakeets. but attacking unprovoked is an unheard of occurence in the wild. kayaking with them is fine. they've never even attacked a kayaker.

@P1KPAK Irony. Statistics show, the vast majority of Orca-related accidents involve captive Orcas. Incidents involving wild Orcas are rare, and always accidental.
The movie is a movie. Never take movies (especially horror) too seriously.
