Are you holding grudges?
Are you not allowing the past to go? So often people have conflict with family members in the distant past. They forever more keep rigidly defined opinions about these people. There is a refusal to allow for any growth in the other person. This holiday season allow your self the luxury of being fully in the present with your family and friends. Be here now. Let the past go!
yes holidays are hard i hate it i think it is B.S cuz theis people arent around all year they dont call to see how ur doing or whatever but 1 or 2 days out the year u come together n love each other i think that erks me the most.

hi!
THIS is a great advice video!
I wanted to ask you: what if you're still living with someone who has damaged your childhood in a way, like in the case of my father. he was a very angry guy. I grew up so scared of him. now that I am much older (ealry 20's) I am no longer afraid like before but I still have this resentment. do I need to move out of this house- even if it means having to pay rent and going to school at the same time-? thanks

Completely agree with you about the outdated thoughts about people and family that we seem to hold on to, and yes the present is a present (Gift)
