Kim Duh! Choong was an utterly incompetent, corrupt, hypocritical and treacherous politician. He opposed Park Jung Hee's plans for Korea's first national highway, first steel company and shipbuilding industry. In short, Kimopposed everything that would lead Korea out of its desperate poverty and economic backwardness. Korea has succeeded economically despite morons like Kim Duh! Choong due to the genius, vision and dedication of men like Park Jung Hee.
