At least twelve people - including six United Nations staff - have been killed in an attack on a UN guest house in the Afghan capital, Kabul. Police say the situation is under control, after militants barricaded themselves inside.

  • Why the hell are we there? You just can't Westernise a place like that - they don't want democracy, they hate us! Our men are dying for Jewish interests in a pointless war - how many more deaths until we pull out?

  • The UN's growing list of failures is undermining its credibility.

  • @camaranina Actually to be honest with you, I think that the CIA triggered all the revolutions in muslim countries. Simply because the muslim releigion interpreted by extremists poses a threat to anybody who is against it. They might have this idea that if they bring democracy and let them govern themselves, extremists will have no chance to survive. This is why, I think, they don't deploy ground troops to Libya. They are letting them kill eachother to prove that change wants to come from within

  • @manubanu Hmm, it might be that or it might br him comparing the nation's attack to the attack on Jews in the past. USA bombed Libya officially for the support of terrorism and Iraq was the same case. Where are those guns that they went there to remove (killing some Iraqis in the process). The best way how to justify a war is to say it's a war to achieve peace. Add some media frenzy and the spectacle is complete.

  • @camaranina Well Gaddafi called the Libya attack as a new Hitlerism which I uderstand it's his way of inciting racial hate above cultural and religious hate. He was calling for all world africans and muslims to help him and he incited ratial hate on his guinea pigs (his supporters) The usa had bombed Libya in 1986 for support of terrorism, but when they attacked Iraq, Gaddafi canceled his program on WMD. I think that the CIA had Libya on their war list waiting for the right time to strike LEGALY

  • @manubanu Hahaha, lesser education and smaller IQ, right? Oh dear, you are a classic example of a so-called western superiority complex. You should really cut down watching NCIS...lol. By the way, USA used to support Libya until quite recently, how ironic, eh? Oh well, what happened happend but to defend "peace"= access to oil & big bugs the enlightened folks like you would swim across the widest rivers, climb the highest mountains, etc. LMAO.

  • @camaranina Yeah well those were the old days. Muslims still live in the stone age by comparing westerners with colonials. It's like an excuse for attacking the UN and general European and American culture and releigion. And that's why we have wars in the world, and there will always be wars. But I understand why we can't stand by when muslims countries like libya support anti-american terrorism. This is easily interpreted as race war by people with less education and smaller IQ.

  • @manubanu Well, didn't collonial dictators kill those who oppose them? They kind of did. Guess who massacred africans with maxim guns and created first concentration camps. Former British Empire. How you people can be so disgustingly retarded to advocate such inhumane treatment of other people is beyond me. And you think of yourselves as those who are civilised??? Wake up. You're no better than Mugabe and other dictators.

  • @camaranina Well that's where the irony is. Would you rather have a job and support your familly even if you live on the edge or would you rather let a dictator get his greedy hands on all the country's wealth and shoot you in the head if you complain about your family's poverty. No we weren't beasts; sure we invested on those resources but we braught a more stable society.

  • @camaranina That isn't entirely true. Libya was controlled by many countries in the past. When it became independent it was very poor. The only thing that changed them was the discovery of oil. After Gaddafi took power illegaly instead of destribuiting the wealth equally as he said, he more or less kept the wealth to his elite, which previously had been done by the former dictatorship. which proves that not only westerners are greedy for oil but at least we are civilized and free to speak.

  • @manubanu Libya? Libya had the highest quality of health care and highest levels of literacy in Africa. And that's not thanks to you but thanks to the work of the Libian people so that's nothing to do with you. As for poverty and corruption, it's ubiquitous and rich countries are no exception to it. Ever been to a tough neighbourhood in a western country? Maybe you should try it and open your eyes a little.

  • @manubanu Just because you "gave them the jobs" doesn't justify your tyranny. How cynical are you. Beasts.
