The Nautilus had a Anhilation engine ... protons (hydrogen nuclei) and antiprotons (anti-H) are coliding together and because they have a different quantum spin(dont know) they anhilate eachother in the process, "destroying" nearly 97% of their mass into pure electromagnetic energy.
