Health insurance companies are already doing a lot of the things mentioned in the video. If I use my Humana Vitality card while grocery shopping at Walmart and make good food choices, I get a 5% rebate on the cost of purchases made for the next time I shop. Who wouldn't want to save money?

Also - just heard that the airlines are talking about charging individual oversees rates to fly based upon the total weight of luggage AND passenger!

EA laid off 1500 employees, bought Playfish (which is a social game company that was going under) for 300M. I think the WTF factor comes in on why you would lay off all those employees and then buy something which is going to be hard to support. Google EA Playfish & EA 1500 Full Time Employees & you'll get more to the story.
