12-12-09 NS 70Q leads a loaded coal train through Shiloh, IL on a Dark and Stormy Night

Well my birthday was on December 10, 2009 and now im the big 18. Anyways tonight, my parents and I went out to eat at the BBQ place called 17th Street and I just happened to run into my lady friend that works there and she was my waitress too. The food was great. After we left we were riding to the NS line to see what color the signals for 21.6 and 21.5 were. Signal 21.5 was yellow so there was an eastbound coming. So we parked the truck over by the new crossing signals over on Shiloh Station Road. About five minutes later it started raining and lightning, but that didn't stop me from leaving the tracks. Ten minutes later I hear the Conductor say " NS 70Q clear 19.2" so the signal for 21.5 turned red. So I turned my camera on when the crossing signals started flashing. I bet yall are wondering how I get NS 70Q in Shiloh? Well a UP brings the coal cars to Dupo, IL then a NS train picks them up and head to my neck of the woods, NS 70Q only comes three times a week. I gave this a "FIVE STAR" rating because I thought the visual effects from the rain drops, crossing guard lights, the lightning flashes, and the reflections on the passing railroad cars was especially impressive.
