If you've eaten at enough restaurants, I'm surprised that you haven't learned yet to not judge food based on youtube videos of platings. And you clearly aren't familiar with the talent of this chef.

I've eaten here. Delicious food. We had scallops, lamb, the most unbelievable bread salad with goat cheese.
