i purchased from hello gorgeous twice. first time took 2 months, second time took 4 months. definatly an awfull company.
Thin hair. took 6 mons to get here. (and i got express shipping) f*** her high and mighty attidude telling me they're the best out there and telling me to buy more and its time for new ones. clips dont even work. bad costomer service. bad company! hair gets nappy in an hour! total waste of money!!

THAT IS INFORMATION WE ALL KNOW ALLREADY. Automatic responses re-stating what is already on ur website is not helpful at all. It is completely unfair to your customers to give them a minimum production time, but no maximum time as to how long it would take to complete an order. The customers have no protection by operating under such production timeframes, regardless of the supposed quality of your product
