I love this video. I am sorry about your Gavin. He was a great little guy I can see. I recently lost my Westie Katie. I miss her every day.

Gavin was a sweet pup and we will never forget him. I'm sure you feel the same for Katie....it's so hard to lose them.

A year after Gavin passed away we brought Bonnie home....she's a Cairn Terrier. Four years old now....and like Gavin, she LOVES dog agility! She just graduated from her Agility Level 2 class....on to Level 3 next week. It's alot of fun and she is VERY good at it....just like Gavin. :-)

Hes an awesome dog and good at agility. Its very unfortunate that he passed away. I have a westie named Gavin too, and I think he should try agility too, but hes already like 3 I believe, and doesn't listen too well.

Three years old isn't too late to learn agility. The new dog in our life is Bonne (a Cairn Terrier). She's four years old now and just graduated from her Agility Level 2 class. Last week, she did so well, the instructor said she was the "star of the class"! Agility is alot of fun for dogs and owners!

I just saw that you subscribed to my videos, thank you :) Gavin is ADORABLE! How did you get him to do agility? He's so good!!! I think my two would rather smell the breeze and take a good pee than listen and obey a command :)

Hi Westie Girl. Thanks for the comment! We love your Westies too! We are lucky to have a great dog training program here in Anchorage (Alaska). Started Gavin early with puppy classes and then continued on with obedience and agility...just for fun. He loved the agility and never forgot how. Poor Gavin died 2 years ago of heart failure. He was only 8 years old. This is the only video I have of him. We'll NEVER forget Gavin. Bonnie is our new pup..a Cairn..we love those Westie & Cairn terriers!

hehe I have a Westie named Willie, he loves to jump! I`m thinking about doing agility with him this summer, although I`d have to buy a tunnel, ect. to practice with. I`m sorry to hear about Gavin`s passing away. I don`t know what I`d do if I ever lost Willie. He`s such a grest dog.

AW what a great dog! mine just died a few months a go at 16 :'( but we're getting a new westie puppy tomorrow morning! im very sorry about gavin! :( how old was he?

@photonryder My family and I are considering adopting a Cairn from a rescue. It's an extremely long process. I always wanted to get into agility but simply don't have the time. Cairns are great little guys too. :]
