@AnimeParts Hm? No. Rita is not in this series.
Bandai just released a toy of her to make up for never getting around to it during their 2010 remake of MMPR toys.
As for the story: they are sticking very closely to the Japanese version this year. They changed the backstory of Deker, re-arranged some filler episodes, and brought back Bulk (along with Skull's nephew.) Other than that, it is so far a faithful adaptation of Samurai Sentai Shinkenger.
