  • Hi Laurie. Thanks for sharing some of the stretches I covered at the Starling-Delay Symposium. That first warm-up is to stimulate blood flow in the arms and to encourage the release of the muscle fiber into gravity. It's an opportunity to pay attention to breathing before playing or launching into the series of stretches.
