Yeah, it's voiced in english only, but has subtitles in other languages,what's weird about that?

You should start with Silent Hill 2. It has no relation to the other Silent Hills. It's a great starting point to Silent Hill, not to mention it's held as the best Silent Hill game to this day, by many fans, including myself ;) In any case, Silent Hill 1 and 3 are also amazing games, but the other Silent Hill titles stray a bit from what the Series was really about.
