The TU-154 is a reliable, aerodynamically sound, robust aircraft---unless a pilot flies it into a forest or does not follow strict protocol under IFR conditions. There is no good excuse for the loss of life in this tragic accident.

It was great plane - was so different as planes today - great "old" design, 101 was arter big, main repair - had new engines, modern aviation systems etc. This plane has been crashed by people on board (not pilots).

First of all it`s one of the most charming aircraft as for as apperiance is concerned. This exact aircraft was in good condition for sure and wasn`t old made in 1988. Lech Kaczynski used to say that there is no need to change in other one soon couse it`s fast ;) Sesond of all don`t expect that poor pilot will land in tense fog under presure on "airport" without ILS. Basic pilot skills is that you adjust approching altitude by byrometric messurement of runway. Polish fault for sure.

TU-134 poległ dzisiaj niosąc znowu ofiary, model z połowy lat 60'iątych. Okoliczności podobne do naszego Tu 154. Rosyjska ziemia lubi krew a samoloty nie mają zahamowań wiekowych - gniotsa nie łamiotsa.
