Who the hell cuts a cucumber like that?

i've got a ceramic Kyocera knife and love it, but this dude is full of it.
"never lose it's edge" he says, then why does he only give a 5 year warranty?
Kyocera give a lifetime warranty.
it will *eventually* blunt, it's simply going to be staying sharp longer than steel. come on dude, don't sell bullshit and say "forever sharp"
he also says the white ones are "2-4 times" sharper than steel, and that the "black ones are twice sharper"...then says "10 times sharper than steel"

@patryksala She's holding the knife correctly. (Between the thumb and forefinger, with the other fingers wrapped around the handle) The problem is she has no "rocking" motion when cutting. She is doing a half assed chopped.

If you're chipping ANY knife you're misusing them.

What are you talking about? Shatter if it didn't have metal in it? You know they use ceramics in formula 1 racing cars and in rockets right?
Check out any manufacturers process of making knives, any time the knife is fresh out of stamping it is prone to shattering because they are brittle whether it is metal or ceramic. It's the "firing" process that makes them shatter resistant, and no dropping a ceramic knife will not make it shatter. Ceramic is 8.5 on the MOHS scale.
