@briefjourney Thats some of the most idiotic shite I've ever heard. I've been to Afghanistan and I'm here to tell you, it IS NOT the best food. I'm not even talking about the taste...Raw meat hanging in the summer sun with flies landing all over it...OH and to prevent that, they'll put pesticide on it. Not the best. I promise.

Well that's what these Afghan shoppers get for ignorance. Even though I'm a starving college student, I sure as hell won't compromise the quality of food for cheaper prices.

Have you actually seen the food that most people, outside of developed countries, eat? The people who aren't starving are eating what we Americans pay a premium to eat: organic.
"Local food" is safer and more expensive than cheaper manufactured American food containing chemicals, hormones, preservatives, bio-engineered whatnot, etc.
