I want to be like Bernie Madoff when I grow up...except for the "going-to-jail" part.

Thanks for the nice words. I do hope we all learn something of value from this tragedy.

Lyrical, satirical, spherical, empirical...it's all good. Thanks, again.

Thanks for the positive comment and encouragement.

Excellent lyrics! Cute tune! Keep up the satirical work!
(correction in my other comment: I didn't mean to say "parodying")

If you don't have a "meter," your recording machine must have some sort of indicator. Just adjust the volume accordingly. Less volume is better than more, because people who listen can always increase the volume on their speakers but there's no way to eliminate the distortion of over-modulation...('over-modul
ation' means recording at too high a volume.) Let your ear tell you if it sounds okay before you post your videos. Good luck.

What about the Audio!!!???
It comes through loud and clear on my machine.
If you're commenting about the quality of my singing voice, I'm aware that I'm no Pavarotti. If you have a good voice, or know of someone who does, please re-record the audio track and post it. I'd be glad to re-do the video with a better singer. Thanks.

It's not your voice. It's the volume....way over-modulated to the point of distortion.
It's hard to believe you can't hear it. Did you ever see an audio meter? There's a needle that moves to the sound being recorded. Three quarters of the meter is in the normal range (a black bar) and the rest in in the distortion range (a red bar)
I'm sure it you had access to such meter, the needle would have stayed in the red zone during the entire recording. Complete distortion.

Thanks for the clarification. In addition to not being a singer, I'm also not an audio engineer. I don't even know what "over-modulated" means. I basically fancy myself as a song writer. I'm afraid I employed no such meter. I simply turned on the mike and sang into it. Based on your comment, I will try to re-record (using a meter) this piece and then re-post it. Thanks for your interest.
