The Painting = "Standard" size canvas multiple shades of acrylic paint using only two brushes and never washing plus my fingers. Stencils were created in Photoshop, traced onto a stencil sheet then cut using an electric stencil cutter. Stencils were then applied with flat black spray paint and glossy red spray paint. This piece was created as a commissioned work, therefore has been SOLD.
The video = captured using a Flip UltraHD camera and edited in Final Cut Pro. Screencast was taken with Quicktime - Made on a Mac. Background music during intro is "Straight Outta Compton" by NWA from their album "Straight Outta Compton." Song during painting is "A Llama Eats a Giraffe (and Vice Versa)" by Showbread from their album "No Sir, Nihilism Is Not Practical."
