i voted for Obama. I support him because he is my president and that what a good American does. I would have done the same for McCain if he had been elected and this proves his character. that was the best candidate to lose to Obama and he is a great man/american. he just had a bunch of idiots running with him, aka palin.

I know I know. I just find it funny how his comments can be interrupted. You should have used better wording though. What he did was definitely noble, there is no doubt about it.

I know these comments are old, but...

You've got to realize that he probably did what he did, completely unprepared. It's easier to come up with perfect responses and pick away at things on the Internet, because we don't need immediate responses, and we can afford the luxury of delaying.

In real life, it would be ridiculous for McCain to not answer directly, and he can't have had enough time to cover all his exits, so to speak.

Not that I'm a republican at all, though.
