  • "the're and their"

I know the difference. My mistake was a mistype - like yours.

  • Also, what is that utter moron Tommy Sheridan talking about, if the minimum wage for young people was the same as the wage for adults, youth unemployment would be even higher than it is now, it is an encouragement for companies to hire young workers.

  • In any case, people who cannot tell the difference between the're and their should not be given the right to vote.

  • None of them, the SNP included, would lower the voting age when it isn't in their interest. Their all the same; all of the four major parties, and most of the minor ones, are variations of the same theme; they all support high levels of government expenditure.

  • Labour and Conservatives do not want to lower the voting age, because 18-25 year olds are the biggest supporters of the SNP. Lower the age to 16, and they can kiss goodbye to their oil.

  • Hey,

Join this group to lower the voting age

  • I worked when I was 17, paid income taxes to the federal government, and couldn't vote. If you're old enough to pay taxes then you're old enough to vote.

  • What is the point of an age limit in any case? To protect people who don't understand politics to vote against their interest? Then would it not be more accurate to have a simple independent test to pass to be able to vote? If a 4 year old pass, let that person vote. He/she obviously knows the fundamentals. Is there other reasons for age limits?

  • People do not bother voting because they rightly see its labour liberal tory its still the same old capitalist story.

  • DO YOU HAPPEN TO BE HIS DA?
