@Suzan2k No, Dorothy Dandridge. Janet eyed her biopic for awhile and wanted to play her, instead Halle Berry beat her to the punch.

I have always liked this video...it got very little airplay. It takes us back to a time when women were glamorous and men were well-dressed. Janet looks like a 1950's Hollywood star and I though she had the look of Dorothy Dandridge more than Halle but not the acting chops.

@RicassoSuave I still think Halle Berry did a very good job of portraying Dorothy Dandridge. No offense to Ms. Jackson, but I don't think she could have pulled it off.
