@tysa888 why strange? - it's very natural to the register - Karajan appreciated it too - the only;y strange thing is that she is focused on delivery of words which is nearly a forgotten part of singing (mostly due to 'great and renown ' recordings of 'great and renown' sopranos ) she is quite old here and makes up quite well for the parts of the voice gone by the age

Beautiful music, beautifully sung!
The aria from this recital that blew me away was her "Ave Maria", with that eternal, breathtaking high A-flat pianissimo... Dare I hope that you will upload it too? Pretty please?
