meal 1: 6 egg whites, 4 whole eggs with spinach and mushroom. 99g of blueberries

meal 2: 2.5 scoops of whey protein and 24 almond.

meal 3: 198g of chicken breast with 24 almonds or 8tsp of peanut butter or 110g of avocado or 4tsp of olive oil.

meal 4: 2.5 scoops of whey protein and 24 almonds.

meal 5: 198g of chicken breast with 24 almonds or 8tsp of peanut butter or 110g of avocado or 4tsp of olive oil.

meal 6: 6 egg whites and 4 whole eggs or 2.5 scoops of whey protein and 24 almonds.

total: 2256cals
each meal has 49g protein 20g fat.
