david greenberg came to my school and read the begging he read a few other books he can make up tongue twister in a few seconds and told us about when he was a kid his dad was martin luther king jr.'s lawyer and david greenberg saw his dad only cried twice and one of them was when martin luther king jr. got shot it was fun but the slugs books is so weird.

"Burp a slug" .. only if your wand backfires. ;) Ahh... Thanks so much for posting the vid! I don't know where my book has gone, but it was a favorite! And for the literary challenged here: The book was a silly rhyme about slugs (since slugs are silly) and a cautionary tale about treating even the most silly and icky creatures, the same way you would want to be treated. :)

I remember wanting my mom to read this to me all the time in kindergarten... but then the end always scared the crap out of me... that inside-out person... O.o creeeeeeeppppyyyyy

thats the most disgusting dirsturbing and ridicuals thing i've ever heard. I remember seeing this book as a kid. Ya know there's some douchebags out there that think this load of horse crap is acceptable for kids. Yeah people need to stop sniffin crack and leave the books about mutilating kids in their sleep in a place more deserving than a book shelf. Book burning nyone?

This book scared the crap out of me when I was a kid. It was because I was a bug nut and I knew that slugs looked nothing like they did in the pictures. XD The "slugs" looked like some sort of strange demons to me. Not to mention, some of them were HUGE!
