Cherry Bomb Vortex VS Magnaflow 24 in.wmv

1st Video with 5.3L Z66 w/ SS Long Tube Headers and Cherry bomb Vortex muffler, Split 2-1/2" SS Magnaflow pipes. 2nd Video is the same, but new Magnaflow #12388 24" straight thru muffler. The 2nd seems to have more power. The quiet ending of the 1st video is not a reflection of the muffler's power. I just took it easy as a lot of traffic showed up.

@Joshaw7474 -Magnaflow #12388 24", Train Horn kit off of Ebay. Replaced the pump with a 5lb CO2 cylinder.

Fuuny, my book lists that as an "Intake Manifold Tunng Valve Control Circuit Low Bank 1". I saw a post that said it was related to a IMRC valve position sensor.

you ever had a problem wid ur o2 sensors?

@N8ked919 Yes I do have a problem with them. 420 code bank A started abour two years ago. It comes and goes, sometimes not showing for 4 - 5 months. Then it happens every other day for a while. I guess I will have to break down and buy some new ones.

Just a short video to mimic the 1st one taken when I had the Vortex muffler. I really liike the new Magnaflow as it has more power with about the same volume.

@Ossco97 ok thanks for replying.....im having a p0661 code on mine bank2 sensor2

rplaced it wid a bosch and light is still on..im puzzled.
