ANALYSIS

This bill provides that all delegations of the state's authority to prohibit or regulate the purchase, ownership, use, possession, transportation, licensing or permitting, taxation, or other matters pertaining to firearms, firearms components, ammunition, or firearms supplies shall be by statute only.
