@Timsar81 the "policing" was set to settle disputes between the people, not to enforce laws which in turn would result in death unless the person was threatening human life. In this case nothing of that sort has happened.
@Timsar81 it's the act of violence that isn't needed. When the time comes, it's going to be those people that acted in such violent ways. You do NOT rip apart, abuse, or torture gods creation unless it's a threat to humankind. This does not include animals to feed people or any such thing. This does include the creation of humans in general. It's the act of their violence that make them think they are pure. god wants followers, he does not want bullshit.
there are guideline on how women should come in public, in Islam. as there is guideline for men to follow, and to enforce laws and guidelines whether by the Quran or the the constitution governments have poilce or wut not to enforce it.
if some ppl think thy should be allowed to drink in public in the west, the government does not allow it.
it's matter of principle that ppl follow the rules whether mane made laws or Quran laws. if some does not follow they get punished
exactly, but god has not given the right for random people to do beatings on women for such a small thing as it's insane. It's called government control and the bible talks about it. when governments get out of hand such as the one everyone seems to listen to.
The government over there has no right to pull a punishment of what they seem god would do. it's foolish, Evil, Brutal and in no way acceptable.
Arrest of Iranian girl for Hejab. Arg when will these people learn that it's not their duty to dish out a punishment for such a thing, it's gods duty not the peoples. Someone is definitely getting punished after they die and it wont be the woman that was wearing a hejab. heh
in the whole world, it is the police that enforces the man made laws and/or God's laws.

"The believers, men and women, are protectors of each other: they enjoin what is right and forbid what is evil."[Tauba, 9:71]
"The hypocrites, both men and women, proceed one from another. They enjoin the wrong and forbid the right..."[Tauba, 9:67]
we as humans r the tools to do god's wills.
