This is composited by afterFX not motion, but they are similar. The 3D images is done by Maya, camera tracking by matchMover

how did you made it so the bike has the same "bad pixels quality" as your original footage?

Just add some noise or grain to the CG images and blur it . but the most important thing is match the lighting of the original footage.

Build a cone in Maya, render it and used as mask in compositing.
