Thich Nhat Hanh.... Morning Meditation

Day of Mindfulness: Deer Park Monastery (Escondido) We walked in the heat, as one, in peace, in step- for about an hour. Up the hill, step by step. We reached the top of the hill greeted by a gorgeous view and a beautiful Buddha. Thich Nhat Hanh appr...oach the giant Buddha statue and this is what transpired... I was so blessed to have been so close to Thay for this beautiful moment. I wanted to share this moment with all of you, to thank you to provide you a moment of clarity and peace
