Euthanasia is never the right measure. You have no right to take a life away for any benefit. You can fix the dogs and stop them from producing offspring and improve the situation with years..but killing them it's wrong - how would you feel if as humans there was another superior specie of animal and would control you in such ways ?

@gravylegs1 I propose keeping them locked up or killed (preferably killed since it's less expensive than feeding them). If some want to adopt them I'm all for that, but there are more stray dogs than people who want to adopt stray dogs.
I don't mind sending them to China either, or are you some kind of radical vegetarian?
But back to the streets? No fucking way. They'll spread diseases and bite/kill people.
