@ImTaylored100 I'm not sure. No information on how to install has been releases. But from what I have heard, the phat will require soldering. Both phat and slim will require opening of console.

Is there an assurance that there will be no delays in delivery?... Its been delayed again from Sept. 23, 2011 to another grueling two-weeks... expected Oct. 1, 2011, and they even said "last minute fine tuning", more like "two-weeks of fine tuning"... ggrrrr!!!!!
