  • hes strong but he needs better form but straighten his back, if he keeps arching his back then hes going to have problems with his back

  • @Hsuweskiller An arch in the lower back, glutes against the bench, shoulders retracted IS the correct form. Search around youtube a bit, there are some great videos on this to help you out.

  • most part of reps are wrong, they beat on the chest and that gets speed of elevation of the bar so its not the arms that are totally lifting the bar, they just work in the end part of the elevation not on the beginning, try not to do it without the beating of the bar in the chest, u will do less repetitions but they will be done correctly and with more gaining of strength and u can bet on that. studys made with IsoControl machine, proved what im saying.

  • @judoricardomarques I'm sure your comment is welling meaning, but if you think bench press is an "arm" exercise, this might be the wrong channel for you...Feel free to search some NFL combine bench press videos and correct their form too. I do thank you for checking out the video though!

  • Strong!

But be careful, the Form Police might be lurking!

  • @bkdme That's a guarantee! I figured I would have a day or two before most of the keyboard warriors finish their recent quests in World of Warcraft or screen shooting their Call of Duty "fragging" and swing around the internet to tell everyone how to lift. Thanks for checking it out!

  • i give this kid much respect i only wish i could do all this weight. how often does he do bench exercises compared to squatting and powerclean etc? also to all the guys commenting this kid is training for football and if you watch the nfl combine that is how everyone does it (fast paced bouncing off chest..) hes basically trying to see what he compares to the nfl stars

  • yea he pobly has no back muscles cuz he not bringin the weight down slow so he aint really liftin it.and hes gettin momenimum bouncin it of his chest.lol

  • lol @ all the phaggots complaining about form stfu

  • @XairsoftsniperX change up your routine, try doing 5 sets of 5 reps heavy for a few weeks and then maybe do 3 sets of 8-12 reps for a few weeks and then go back to your normal routine and it should be up a fair bit

    worked for me at least

  • Pretty good man, whats your body weight here?

  • Nice lifting, my best so far is 225x21 and 275x11. Should be getting 225 for more then 21 next bench workout.

  • im currently at 165. do you have any tips on how to get my bench press up. Please respond. thank you

  • I can bench this 3 times. Beat that! hahaha

  • @Hsuweskiller Yeah, you're supposed to arch your back.

  • @judoricardomarques dude he was hardly beating it on his chest so get over it. I have seen people bounce the weight as if it was a basketball. He had hardly any bounce. fucking retard.
