@gpzi11a Homygod! I'm so getting one of these! Screw the second screen! RAID SSDs!, 128 CUDA cores! i7 extreme! That's one mother of a laptop!

did you buy that just to do gaming or are youdoing work on it?! the GPU in it is not made for gaming but for editing, therefore you would be better of with a 1000 to 1500 bucks gaming laptop if you only bought it to play

Awesome system. I wish I could afford such a crazy laptop. Go THINKPADS!

Actually, the T61p 15.4" featured a 1920x1200 WUXGA. I'm also sure that there is no 1920x1400 standard. I own a T61p with 1920x1200 screen.

I bought it because I am a CUDA programmer. It has 128 core GPU. (but I use it to surf porn sites mostly) You mean I could have had a laptop for $4K less?

Nice laptop but the ds version is the only reason to buy it. NFS no dmg is terrible! lol

Unless you have one, you can't imagine. 128 core Cuda capable GPU. Quad Core CPU. 1920 x 1200 display. There isn't anything that's not fast on it. I run mine now with dual 256GB SSDs. power up to finger swipe login in 17 seconds with Windows 7. Double click on Outlook, to double clicking on and email in 1/2 second and you're reading it. Playing Left for Dead full screen cranked all the way to high res with all the 3D is absolutely amazing.

T61p can't come close to the 1920x1400 resolution and performance of the W700. The T61p was a very nice machine at the top of it's class for a while.
