When Eben Pagan tells you to do something, you do it. That's why I read The Power of Full Engagement by Jim Lohrer and Tony Schwartz.

This book is a total MIND BLOWER and is the inspiration for Eben Pagan's "Wake Up Productive" series in the Guru Mastermind program. After reading only the first half I HAD to make this video. We'll see if there's a part dos.

This video is based on the first 6 chapters:

(Chapter One) Fully Engaged:
Energy, Not Time, Is Our Most Precious Resource

(Chapter Three) The Pulse of High Performance:
Balancing Stress and Recovery

(Chapter Four) Physical Energy: Fueling the Fire

(Chapter Five) Emotional Energy:
Transforming Threat Into Challenge

(Chapter Six) Mental Energy:
Appropriate Focus and Realistic Optimism

  • thanks so much for taking the time to do this video.

i am actually going to go and borrow this book from the libraryMakes so much sense and it's crucial. The more energy you have the more capacity you have to get more things done and you feel better too and if you feel better means also you are less prone to getting depressed.

    cheers.Great video!

  • @gottobejokin Another good book is Unlimited Energy by Peter McLaughlin, get the audio version

  • @TCFan25 how do u feel 2 years later?

  • Putting your emotions on your sleeve will have more profound results in the end, compared to stuffing them away. Western society is great at convincing us to put our most powerful tool away.

  • cheer up guy. Good things could be around the corner.

  • Iam only 25, and since getting out of the armed forces I feel completely burned out.

  • sounds good, thank you!

  • I appreciate your sharing of this information. Thanks.
