what happened to these Belgian Eurofima cars? I can´t remember that I have seen any in recent times.

They are still in use on this line but they are modernized and repainted in white with a red, blue and gray line and red doors (New Look colour scheme) or in the so called Memling colour scheme which can be recognized by the triangle.
See for example /watch?v=lW3sSw1IpH4 the second scene. The second car is in Memling colours the others in the New Look colours.
