Street Fighter IV PS3 dedicated douche gamer globe-globe!

My friend and I were playing around on Ranked Server, and found this VERY dedicated SneakCheater:
globe-globe!

I didn't edit the speed with which events transpired to give a feel for the prowess of his sneaky abilities. If you don't catch on to what's going on, he did this:

During opponent select, it says "best of 2 rounds" with "99 second" timer.
By the time you thoughtlessly press the "Ready" button for battle, he/she ("he") switched up the settings to "one round, 30 second timer".
Of course, the goal at that point is to damage your opponent only enough to have lower HP than you before the timer runs down.
And of course, he has no Icon or Title status, so he will draw as many people as possible to compete (with the implication that he's basically starting out).

With over 11,000 Battle Points, it's a sure bet that he logs off the match if it looks like he won't have more HP before the timer runs down.

This exploit occasionally occurs, but globe-globe's dedication is something to admire!

If you play SFIV on PS3, keep this dude in your head as you select players.

I'm not that good at the game, but at least I don't sink to lows like this for a false sense of Uberness.
The voice at the end is my friend as he is caught off guard.

theres loads of these cunts on PSN. I usually wind them up, beat their asses and then run back to my corner as the timers at 01 and taunt. My character will continue the taunt animation while the game says TIME OVER etc etc They;re feckin pathetic.
