The lovely and sorely missed Kirsty MacColl with guitar whiz Billy Bremner in tow. It don't get much better than this..

I last heard this song in 1983 on NYC's Z-100 with Scott Shannon. The drought is over. Just another case of typical music business crap in which a performer with so much potential is kicked to the curb while songs like "MIdnight At The Oasis" and "Muskrat Love" top the charts.
Kind'a reminds me of performers like Teri Reid- anybody out there have a copy of "Super Lungs"?

Love Kirsty, she never made a bad record. Time to bring the murdering Dago bastard to book.

Been singing this song all day! Love it, rip Kirsty x
Who is the guy playing guitar on the left of Kirsty in the video? Looks familiar but I can't place him. Best look at him is around 27 to 29. Great post.

Looks to me to be Billy Bremner who was with Nick Lowe / Dave Edmunds in Rockpile, but I may be wrong........

Brilliant kirsty, but I prefer country version of this.

I quite agree Fausto - the country version is more to my tastes as well.....
