Congressman John Barrow (GA-12) questions witnesses on the impact of implementation of cybersecurity mandates on electricity providers at a Subcommittee on Energy and Environment hearing on the power grid. The witnesses included:
--Joseph McClelland, Director, Office of Electric Reliability, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
--Hon. Patricia Hoffman, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary, Office of Electricity, Department of Energy
--Hon. Gary A. Brown, Chairman, New York Public Service Commission
--John DiStasio, General Manager and CEO, Sacramento Municipal Utility District
Well, through all the double-talk, all I heard was "its gonna cost a lot of money and the end-users are going to have to pay for it".
This is part of what I was talking about in my video.
