Barack Obama continuously promises TRANSPARENCY, yet his own records are kept secret, inaccessible to both the public and public authorities.

More than 24 lawsuits have been filed to date; at least 5 of them have been addressed to the Supreme Court.

Barack Obama could end these doubts in minutes. According to Edwin Vieira, a constitutional lawyer who has practiced for 30 years and holds four degrees from Harvard:

"If he were my client and this question came up in civil litigation, if there was some reason that his birth status was relevant and the other side wanted him to produce the thing and he said 'no,' I would tell him, 'you have about 15 minutes to produce it or sign the papers necessary to produce the document, or I'm resigning as your attorney," said Mr. Vieira. "I don't think any ethical attorney would go ahead on the basis that his client could produce an objective document in civil litigation [and refused to do so]."

Further:

"Silence can only be equated with fraud when there is a legal and moral duty to speak or when an inquiry left unanswered would be intentionally misleading," the ruling reads.

One has to wonder: Why has Barack Obama hired lawyers to squelch inquiries and threaten inquirers rather than simply unseal his records and provide evidence of his eligiblity to serve as a US President? Now the same lawyer, Bob Bauer, (husband of Mao-fan Anita Dunn) who defended him as a private citizen is the White House counsel. Isn't this a conflict of interest? How can the same lawyer who prevents public access to Obama's records protect the US administration from a potential ursurper, when that ursurper may be POTUS himself?

What have our government officials done to verify Barack Obama's elegibility? NOTHING.

Should Obama be discovered to be ineligible for the Office of POTUS and, thereby, his election declared void, Petitioners, as well as other Americans, will suffer irreparable harm in that an usurper will be sitting as the President of the United States, and none of the treaties, laws, or executive orders signed by him will be valid or legal.

If Obama is ineligible anyone with evidence of his secret can blackmail him. Imagine the National Security issue THAT presents!

Also, the past election may have set a precedent of not verifying the eligibility of candidates who are wealthy enough to buy the presidency for years to come. NIGHTMARE!

Where is the transparency he promised that he would publish all proposed bills on the White House Website BEFORE they were introduced to congress.
