hi Ron, thanks for uploading this video. I am father and I have a visitation to meet my 8 yrs old son on wednesdays and Thursdays. So, I pickup at 2 PM and and drop off 8 PM at his mom's home. But due to my recent work schedule, I could not pickup on Wednesdays and she is threatening me that she will report this of 'child neglect". I told her about my work schedule many times and requested a visitation on Tuesdays instead. She is not listening. I do pay child support on time. what should i do ?

@Mr71971 Is your visitation set up through a court? If it is...ask the court for a modification. File a Motion to Modify Child Visitation. The judge will completely understand your work schedule and he will make you two come up with an agreement. It's not child neglect. Make sure to save any communication between you and your ex. Texts, recorded conversations even recorded conversations in person. You'll be fine.

what would happen im trying to get visatation rights but i\m a little scared i live in denver,co i use cannabis for medical reason and i have my red card so im legal to use marijuanua for medical reason would that mess my case up?

@brothermans1 if your cannabis use doesn't lead to the neglect or abuse of your child...it should be alright.

she was living in braward county and i was living in palm beach county when we got divorced.. now her lawyer is trying to change the case to orlando because we both don't live in broward county. What would you recomend I do? I already have my evidence, Im working on Opening and closing statements. Is there anything else you would recomend? ahh.. yeah im doing this with all the information I have gathered from the internet.. Ok well... I apreciate anything you can help me with..

@MrRgonez Sorry i didn't get back to you sooner. How did the case work out? Hopefully in your favor. Lawyers always have a strategy, but as long as you have evidence, good hard evidence of her BS...then the odds are in your favor. Let me know what happened.

she was ordered to follow the court order, however she is not.. and yeah!! i have evidence and she is in contempt. I filed for a motion for contempt. but she hired a lowyer, and her lawyer filed for a motion to change venue (move the case to Orlando) and the s..t! is that I filed on sept 28 and im still waiting for a court order and she filed on the 3rd of October and now I have to go to court for her motion on October 19. I believe her lawyer is trying some sort of stragedy. we both lived in
