These water bubble thingies were at Dragon Gorge near Beijing, China. It cost 20 RMB (about $3 US) to get inside one.

theres enough air in there when they seal it and also they might have pumps

I saw those today in Kiev(Ukraine). 7 min costs about $2.5. At first it was so funny to watch people falling.
