My first video using Sony Vegas Pro 10. I am excited, I can now do multiple paneled videos. This is an original song, that I came up with while using the Looper function on my Digitech RP355. I then download the track into Cuebase and looped it. Once the track was loaded into Cuebase I then added a bass track and finally the solo guitar track. In this video, I use a VST plugin that is part of Cuebase LE4 called transformer. I applied it to one track of the solo guitar to get synthesizer sound to augment the solo guitar. Playing the video loud brings out the Synth sound . It pans between the channels. I used minimal effect on the solo guitar track, a bit of delay and reverb.

The song title is just a phase I hear from someone ( No names, ha) when they do something wrong - "It doesn't matter!" of course when I do something it does "Matter". Anyway, thanks for listening, hope you like the song.

I have a longer version of the song on SoundCloud, its a minute or so longer.

  • @uriahSH - Thanks for watching appreciate it very much - John

  • Nice tones an notes ! I noticed you are not using a plektrum on your lead. Are you using one on the rhythm? Enjoyed the vid, John

  • @namnoiz - Sorry to answer your question so late - John. I never use a plectrum at all. I use to use one but I feel most comfortable not using one. For a long time, I just played acoustic guitar no electric so when I went back to electric all of a sudden using a plectrum felt strange to me. I just pick everything. - Best Wishes, John
