My experiance with FiberCare was TOTALLY SATISFYING!
My carpet was ugly and grey and had lots of spots that would immediately come back after it was supposedly cleaned by other carpet cleaners.
My carpet is now 100% back to life. The color is back and all the spots are GONE! I finally found a professional and effective team to clean my carpet. I'm not throwing my money away any more!

@JasonCalcaterra Thats why you turbo vac the edges and corners before you prespray and clean the edges with a wand, either before or after you use the RX-20.

Not at all, we use the RX-20 on berber carpets all the time. As with any berber carpet you should always check for unsealed seams.

Rotovac has made great improvements over the RX-20 -- check out their Rotovac360 -- half the weight, use it on stairs & dry times are incredible.

Thanks for the info... I'll look into it. So far the RX-20 has been very good to me and my clients all love it. I would have to test it extensively before making a change.

I sold my rx-20, I use my Cimex three head scrubber, and then I rinse with my Titanium wand with a Green Glide on it, It dries much faster then a rx-20 and cleans a lot better, plus I charge .45 cents a foot, I'm worth every penny, I'm from Sacramento, CA

These clients in the video response section are very happy with my service and the RX-20. Done right, this tool cleans exceptionally well and dries the carpet before the job is complete.
