This is why Paterno is great. People dog him and say how he can't win the big ones, but heres some facts:

2005-2009: 51-13, 4-1 in bowls, 2 conference titles, and two BCS games.

He may not win the titles, but I'd rather he win what he does with who he does and mold real men than win championships like these SEC teams with players who can barely articulate a complete sentence.

I remember this game (junior year of HS)! In upstate NY, we lost power because Hurricane Floyd ripped through the area that weekend, so I had to listen to this one on the radio.

Miami led 23-20 before that TD to Fields with about 1:30 left
