    If you have small testicles or a small junk in generall, you should look up a doctor so he could do some test on you, and then put you up on some testosterone!

  • @phantabulouslyphat i was only eating 800 calories a day during my weightloss, now i am far more muscled, as for this Kinerfelts syndrome i assure you i dont have those symptoms .

  • 800 calories a day? when you get to 10% bodyfat you will weigh 90 pounds

  • @Hiphopisntdead1 yeah im on weights now so i am around 10%bf at 165lbs

  • @Holyshadoww Dude, I dont mean to be rude... I just happend to study pre-pre-med! :P And fat, idk. I was like you. Just a ton of weight, your video just happened to be "recommended". Looking for attention, no.

    Gj on the weight loss btw, but you should eat a bit more, you will loose muscle to, and enter starvation-mode. I could go on forever why you should eat more.

  • @111seeit I admire your will for fitness, but remember education should be your primary goal. Take advantage of the free school system provided to you, and you will go much farther than your bicycle could ever take you.

  • I Lost 1/3 my fat while driving bicycle you know at summer almost evry day i drived with bycicly 1-3 times per day how i calculated so from 3months of sumer i drived 2months and half with bycicle every day for 1-3hours now im loosing others in gym and gained some muscles in 2months so yeah YOU DONT NEED TO USE DIET just DONT !!! eat fast food i know its really looks tasty but eat like chicken eat fruits other shit and drink lot of WATER !!! before 30mins to eat drink lot of water EAT EVERY 3h !
